What we offer at Chester-Le-Street
Our Supported accommodation facilities are tailored for 16 to 35 years old at our South Burns property, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our dedicated team of Housing Support staff. We have a network of support services also in place that provides our tenants with even more around the clock support from other external organisations to give that vital support network that some residents might need.
Shared Apartments
One of our purpose built properties designed specifically to create a cosy shared group of apartments, with two apartments for single occupancy.
We have 15 fab apartments with 30 beds within spacious apartments fully furnished that have fitted kitchens and bathrooms complete with all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, Hob, Cooker and much more to ensure all our residents are cosy and comfortable.
Major Project within the City Centre
There’s some very exciting and major changes happening right opposite our lovely apartments that are going to secure the most stunning vistas for our front facing residents. The City Council are currently working on creating a beautiful area which is fundamental to the area’s flood defenses. All Gas and Electric costs are included in the weekly charges to at Chester-Le-Street, so our Young People don’t have to worry about Money Management for utilities which is great for all !
