What we offer within our Outreach Portfolio
All our eight Outreach properties are placed in and around the City Centre within walking distance of any and all amenities. Our houses are all four bed shared homes with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms including all white goods such as washing machines, ovens and other such facilities.
We house 16 to 35 years old at all our properties, which have support available from our friendly and helpful Housing Team open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also have a network of external support services and agencies in place that provides our tenants with even more around the clock support from relevant organisations to give that vital support network if and when some residents have the need.
Spacious, bright and welcoming Rooms
Each of our 32 rooms/private living spaces are fully furnished on both the ground and first floors of each house with access to both shared fitted kitchens and bathrooms.
Shared houses are great for privacy and Social settings
All our houses come with four individual bedroom/living spaces with total privacy for those residents who need some quiet time or privacy.
Within each house are fully fitted shared kitchens with all relevant laundry appliances free to use by all residents and all the usual cooking appliances to help those with culinary flair or those who like to keep it simple; who doesn’t like beans on toast ☺️. Kitchen/diners are great spaces to gather together for a catch up and chin wag for those residents who like a little social gathering too.
Our shared bathrooms come with all the usual stuff that any home will have and cleanliness is assured by the support and guidance that our Outreach housing staff ensure during regular visits including supported cleaning advice for those residents who need it.
Homely touches are always encouraged
Many of our Young residents are keen on cosying up their surroundings with some fabulous furnishings and personal touches and are always enthusiastic to help others make themselves at home too.
Books, glorious books
Some of our Young residents are keen readers and certainly worthy members of any potential book club for sure.
