Outreach Properties

We have eight shared houses all within walking distance of Sunderland City Centre and a seven bed site at Houghton-Le-Spring, with an age range for all our Outreach properties of 16-35 yrs Low support needs.

Our Sunderland Outreach properties comprise of four individual bedrooms that are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and supplied with new bedding.  Each property has a fully fitted kitchen with white goods, crockery, pots pans and cutlery and one bathroom (shared).

Our Houghton-Le-Spring Outreach site has five single self contained flats and one shared two bed flat.  Each flat has a fully fitted kitchen including white goods, crockery, pots and pans and cutlery and their own en suite bathroom.
