YMCA Sunderland offers accommodation to 16 to 24 year old’s, the site has 24 self-contained flats and an emergency bed. Tenants are given a License Agreement promoting stability and security in their own home, move on accommodation is then offered through our Future lettings accommodation

Training

At our Toward Road site, we also offer Training for 16 to 18 year olds who may be entitled to a bursary of up to £30 per week.
